The truth about giving up your job and starting an online internet business:

If you’re anything like me starting out with the bare minimum of internet knowledge you would think you’d never be able to give up your day job to follow your dream and work from home or where ever you’d rather be instead of sitting in an office.

After we had tested the local market we thought ebay would be the place to sell them.  To cut a long story short.  Every time we had an auction going there was a vast amount of interest but no one actually bought one even though they were marketed well below the average price.  We increased the price every time we started a new auction and scored more and more watchers.  Human nature always seems to crave for something that costs a bit more.  It started to irk me that somehow our campaign for a product that everyone liked didn’t get us anywhere.
